Program Evaluation
I serve as an external evaluator on a number of projects related to STEM education initiatives. My background and ability to synthesize complex systems is especially valuable to projects that involve many stakeholders and/or aim toward systemic change. Research in STEM Education
I have been an active researcher in STEM education for over 25 years. Areas of expertise include: educational transformation (Higher Ed), faculty professional development, equity issues, and online learning communities. Over my career, I have received over $8.5 million in grant funding (as PI or CO PI), published over 50 research papers in peer-reviewed journals, and have received numerous awards and acknowledgments for my work. Group Facilitation
In addition to my background in STEM Education, I am also a professional practicing mediator. I utilize my unique combination of experiences to facilitate groups engaging in brainstorming, conflict resolution, decision making, project planning, etc. You can learn more about my mediation practice here.
